St Paul's Cathedral

St Paul's, with its world-famous dome, is an iconic feature of the London skyline.

In 1973 the Cathedral chose the Howe 40/4 chair. The 2500 stained oak chairs have been in continuous use ever since.

George Harvey, former Clerk of Works at St Paul’s would claim to be able to clear the dome area of the Cathedral of 700 chairs with four men in 40 minutes.
